Email Marketing
Campaigns and automations on a list that belongs to you, with the technical setup that gets the mail into the inbox instead of the spam folder.
The problem with email marketing is almost never the template design: it's that the mail never arrives. A domain without SPF, DKIM and DMARC properly configured lands in spam no matter what the message says, and since Google and Yahoo tightened their requirements for bulk senders that stopped being optional. The first thing we check is domain authentication; the second, whether the list is clean. Content comes after.
What's included?
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up on your domain, with delivery verification.
- Sign-up form with double opt-in and one-click unsubscribe, as the rules require.
- List segmentation by interest, source or purchase behaviour.
- Templates that hold up on mobile and in older mail clients.
- Automations: welcome, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-sale follow-up.
- Metrics that matter: deliverability, bounces and complaints — not just opens.
Ideal for
Online stores that want to recover abandoned carts and sell again to people who already bought; service companies sitting on a customer base they only write to when there's an invoice; and businesses whose mail has been landing in spam with no explanation, which is almost always a domain authentication problem.
How we work
We start with a real delivery test: we send to Gmail, Outlook and a couple of corporate domains and see where it lands. That result decides whether the first job is fixing DNS or building content. Then we set up the platform, migrate and clean the existing list — addresses that bounce damage the whole domain, not just that campaign — and leave the automations running. The account is in your name from day one.
Frequently asked questions
Can you get me a list of email addresses?
We don't work with purchased lists. Beyond being illegal in several jurisdictions, it's the fastest way to burn your domain's reputation: spam complaints pile up and then even your normal mail stops arriving. We build the list through forms on your site and at your points of contact.
Why does my mail land in spam?
In order of frequency: the domain has no SPF, DKIM and DMARC or has them wrong; it sends from an IP with poor reputation; the list holds dead addresses that bounce; or there's no clear way to unsubscribe. All four are diagnosable in one review, and all four are fixable.
Which platform do you use?
Whichever suits your volume and budget. For low volumes a commercial platform is enough; for high volumes a sending service wired into your own system costs less. We decide with your numbers, not out of habit.
