Data Deletion

This page explains how to ask Oasys Corporations, trade name of Grupo Empresarial Oasys, Sociedad Anónima, to delete the personal data we hold about you. It covers data collected through the website oasyscorporations.com and conversations held with us on WhatsApp Business, Instagram Direct and Facebook Messenger. It complements our Privacy Policy.

1. What we can delete

  • Conversation history: the messages exchanged with us on WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger, including files and images you sent us that are stored in our systems.
  • Contact data linked to the conversation: name, phone number, username and the identifiers that Meta platforms provide so we can attend you.
  • Contact form and newsletter data: name, email address and message sent through the website.

2. How to request deletion

Send an email to info@oasyscorporations.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and tell us:

  • The platform you used to contact us (WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger or the website).
  • The identifier you used on that platform: phone number, Instagram username, Facebook profile name or email address.
  • Whether you want your whole history deleted or only part of it.

You can also ask us directly through the same messaging platform you used to contact us. To protect your data, we only act on requests that come from the account, number or email whose data is to be deleted, or that let us reasonably verify your identity.

3. Timeframes

  • We confirm receipt of your request within 5 business days.
  • We complete the deletion within 30 days of that confirmation and let you know through the same channel once it is done.

4. What this request does not delete

  • Data that Meta Platforms, Inc. keeps independently on WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook. For those, exercise your rights directly with Meta from your account settings.
  • Information we are legally required to keep, such as tax or accounting documents issued in your name, for the applicable legal period.
  • Data needed to perform a contract in force with you, while that contract lasts.

In those cases we will tell you which data is kept and why.
